How do you know when Obama is Lying? His lips are moving!

I listened to BHO in Ohio while I was at lunch today. This man is so full of bull. He was touting about how he believed in free enterprise, and how he thought the small businesses were the backbone of America. He didn't believe in a big government, but a lean and trim one that let people "do whatever they want to, unless it hurts others." I almost gagged when he said "That's the Democrat standpoint and always has been." SINCE WHEN?!

I then almost peed myself when he started on his 'I was born a poor black chile' routine (sans place of birth, of course). Oh, and Michelle was born a poor black chile too. With her poor crippled father. It's funny that they never mention his MS until after BHO is elected president. I have done some research online and can only find mention of this condition in articles after the election. Odd. Anyway, the "I come from the masses" just doesn't cut it. Michelle was born to a middle class family that lived in a nice suburban home, not in the ghetto and a one bedroom apartment. BHO was born to an anthropologist who married one of the men she was studying. She divorced him and married a diplomat, so this vision of BHO growing up with a poor white single mother doesnt exactly cut it either.

He went on to tout every plank in the Republican platform in regards to reigning in spending, reducing the size of government, and letting the free market reign. In the next breath he then says that we were all deceived by the belief that the free market could ever work. He believes that people should be able to make thier own decisions, "Except when government can do it better for them." That part sent chills down my spine. What exactly does he think government can do better for me than I can do for myself?

His message is so mixed that you can't follow it. He spouts off what the consultants have told him to say, but then the real BHO comes out and you can see the socialistic/marxist in him peeping through. He blames it all on Bush and the wars, when he spent more in the last 18 months that George did in 8 years. This man is frightening. What is even more frightening are the sheep sitting in the crowd, orgasmically clapping and cheering every time he finishes one of his perfectly timed pauses. God help us all.

Where is he going with this?

It seems like Obama is intentionally egging on California and Arizona.  Now Texas is getting drawn into the mix.  Does he actually want a war started between the states in our southeast?  I don't see what that would gain him, except the opportunity to impose martial law.  Any other president would have stepped in and said "Hey guys, cool it!", but he just seems to deepen the divide.

Yesterday it was announced that we now have more money going out in government payments than the private sector earns.  How does that work without a 100% tax rate?  As they say, socialism is great...until you run out of other peoples money!  This keeps up and he's going to run out very quickly.  As my mom says, he's finally succeeded in flipping it.  More bums than workers = revolution.

North Korea is poised on the brink of war with South Korea.  Obama was an idiot for sending Hillary there.  I'm not saying Hillary is a bad negotiator, but you have to understand these folks culture.  They have no respect for women.  He should have understood that, stroked Hillary's ego, and sent a man in her place.  North Korea (Hell, even the world) senses the weak leadership and are poised to pounce on South Korea.  What will Mr. Obama do then?  Will he send us to war with Korea? 

Then there is the matter of the Sestak bribe.  Things like that work in Chicago, but are much more visible on a national level Mr. Obama.  I'm sure that Rahm will fall on his sword for him, but we all know it came from the top.  Plus, they are covering it up as fast as they can.  Once again, Obama's dear buddy Holder refuses to prosecute or further investigate the incident.  What do you do when the police won't enforce the law?

OBAMA DOESN'T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS

If this doesn't scare you then you must be nuts.  All of these facts are backed up by the US governments own records.  These are not from "Conspiracy Theorists", but sound institutions.  If this had been publicized in the media like it would have been for a republican candidate, this man would have been laughed off the stage.  This is what people voted for, not a black man, but a communistic marxist with close ties to the Arab world.

The attack on Patriotism in the US

I listened to the news this morning and read it online just before lunch.  I heard and read about denying our senior citizens the right to pray before their meals.  I listened to an interview of a 13 year old girl who was sent to the principals office for drawing and offensive picture...of the American Flag.  I read about President Obama warning our graduating college students of the danger of social networking and technology.

It seems to me there is a systematic and purposeful campaign to discredit and destroy patriotism in America.  Every time someone wants to pray, when it's a Christian religion at least, someone is standing there saying "No, you can't do that.  Seperation of Church and State."  or "No you can't do that.  I'm not Christian and you are offending me and infringing on my rights."  Well what about my rights as a Christian?  Am I not entitled to pray as often or as little as I so choose, any place I want to?  If I was an Athiest I could purchase signs on a bus in a major city telling everyone with eyes that God does not exist, and everyone is fine with that.  But let me put a sign on a bus advertising services at a Church and suddenly it's illegal because the City runs that bus and you must have seperation of Church and State.

My children are taught in school that Reagan was a bad president and all the evil things in this country are the direct result of conservatives.  They are told via the media that the Tea Party is nothing but a bunch of right wing nut cases that is made up of returning veterans who lost their mind in the heat of the desert.  The songs they listen to tell them that the Government will save them and they should follow blindly.  Anything depicting the American Flag is cursed or destroyed or vandalized.

And now we have our own President warning us to ignore the news and technology that brings you the news outside of the approved channels.  Does anyone see the danger in what he said?  He sounds like Mao Tse Tung when he first took over China.  The reason he is attacking the social networking sites is because he can't control them and that is where his opposition flourishes.  The first thing you do in a war is to cut communications off between the different units of the enemy.  That is what he is trying to do.  The crazy ideas that quickly gain traction is a direct reference to the Tea Party.  The Tea Party is a direct threat to his plans to turn this into a Socialist or Marxist country. 

We are one step closer to Revolution today.  How many more steps do we have before we reach the point of no return?  Someone needs to tell this man to turn back now.  Don't do this to the greatest nation on earth.

Obama slams "Teabaggers" with the new "N" word

Johnathan Atler has written a new book called "The Promise: President Obama, Year One".  President Obama is quoted in the book referring the to Tea Party as Teabaggers, referencing the sexual act of Teabagging, where a man places his scrotum on the face of the person being tea bagged.  Mr. Alter wrote, "Obama said that the unanimous House vote against the Recovery Act 'set the tenor for the whole year': 'That helped to create the tea-baggers and empowered that whole wing of the Republican Party to where it now controls the agenda for the Republicans.' So Obama has finally sunk to using the new "N" word in reference to his opponents.  I don't know how to react to this.  I am furious that he has the audacity to call us Teabaggers.  May as well call a black man a Nigger.  I am delighted that he has sunk to this level because he has nothing else left in his bag of tricks to pull out.  I am terrified that this man is going to drive our country to civil war with his racist comments.    If the liberal left keep this up, they will eventually push someone over the edge.  My biggest fear is that it will be a waterfall effect and the rest will follow shortly. 

Last year the Russians predicted that the US would enter a Civil War this summer.  The partisanship in this country has never been higher.  The rate of government expansion is unprecedented.  The stress on the American businessperson is over the top.  We are a powder keg ready to explode.  I have been stopped and cursed for listening to Glenn Beck or Rush on my car radio.  I have had troop support stickers stoken off my truck and nasty notes left in their place.  I have never seen this much hatred and venom in the general public any time before.  God have mercy on us.  Even those who don't believe in God.

First Joe, then Wall Street

Every once in a while Obama lets his mask slide a little bit.  In an address to Wall Street, that looked more like a campaign stop, he stated "I do think at some point you've made enough money."  That is more than just a little telling.  If this man gets his way he will have salary caps on every american's income and the rest will go to the deadbeats that live off of welfare. 

Where is the candidate that will have the balls to stand up to the minority and do away with some of these entitlement programs.  Why can't welfare be limited like unemployment is?  Oh, that's right, they've turned that into another welfare program too.  How much more of this can we stand America?

I went to the store tonight and felt like I was a minority.  There was a black kid walking around.  That's not all that remarkable, but this little idiot had on a pair of jeans with the waist at his knees, a pair of long shorts with that waist at his thighs, another pair of shorts with that waist slung low, and then his underwear sticking out.  Now normally I would just shake my head and go on, thinking to myself, at least he can't run from the cops when they chase him.  But this kid shoves his way in front of me to get to something on a shelf and then looks at me like I'm to blame.  No excuse me.  No can I get to that.  Shoves my cart. 

Then there was the woman in front of me in line.  Her cart was piled high with groceries.  I compared it to the meager shopping I had done.  When she checks out she uses her welfare debit card.  My tax dollars are buying her food.  She had gotten something that didn't qualify and she made a big deal out of it.  There are times I want to scream "Your not paying for it so shut up."

I am not racist.  It's not because the kid was black.  It's because of the entitlement mindset and the lack of common courtesy.  I also saw appropriately dressed black men with their families doing the shopping who were polite.  I saw single moms with several kids who paid for their food.  There is a good core of people out there, but they are too quiet.  We need to speak up and be heard.  Tell everyone that we are tire of being shoved out of the way for those who feel entitled to be rude.  Tell the government to quit supporting druggies and ungrateful wenches with welfare.  Pass the mandatory drug testing to receive either welfare or any other sort of assistance.  That would put a stop to your drug problems really quick.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't See, Don't Hear

I thought the Liberal Dems were supposed to be big supporters of the gay community. So why are they shooing reporters out of Lafayette Park away from Gay Rights protestors in full Military Uniform? They are now saying that this was "strictly a US Parks screw up", but I'm not buying it. They don't "screw up" when it's people protesting other issues. Why is he trying to duck this issue?

What is the big problem with having Gay's in the military? The greeks used it to quite an effect. Their gay soldiers were some of their most fierce fighters and were honored. American Indians considered gay people to be holy because they contained the essence of both male and female in the same vessel. The western world is so consumed by their pursuit of someone else's sex life, (and whether they are getting more than them) that they forget why they are really there. They are there to fight and protect our country, not to find a date. Everyone says that we need to get out of the homophobic mindset, well this would be a great place to start. Stop perpetuating the myth that if you are around a gay person they are going to be overcome by desire for you and molest you. Stop giving the impression that gay is "contagious".

I have news for you all, gay people are just like straight people. They have certain types of people that they are attracted to, and you probably aren't one of them. Let me ask you this, when you are in line at the grocery store and there is someone of the opposite sex in front of you, are you overcome by the desire to ravish them right there? My bet is no. And that is exactly the same way that gay people feel. Your ass ain't that attractive.

So quite trying to make our military a straight only club. Give up your impression that you are irresistable to the same sex as well as the opposite sex. Get over it and let these folks be themselves. Our country will be a better place for it.

Finally, a simple solution to the Birth Certificate Question.

Ok, yesterday I went on a tangent about the IOM and I was told that I was wading into the deep end where conspiracy theorists live. So I shall swim in the middle today. A couple of posts ago I talked about the Birth Certificate thing. At this point I don’t think it matters. Even if they did find out he wasn’t eligible, what would they do? My bet is nothing. But Arizona has come up with a fabulous move that will put to rest all of the doubts and force Obama’s hand.

Yesterday the Arizona House voted 31-22 to approve a measure that requires all presidential candidates to provide proof of birth before they can be allowed to be placed on a ballot for presidential election. There it is in a nutshell. It will “shut up the crazy birthers” as the dems are so vapid to do and it will remove the lingering doubt that has been hanging around. Why doesn’t every state do this? It would apply to the 2012 election and would settle the matter once and for all.

So, Missouri Reps, here is your chance. Put this into effect and let’s get it done with.

NPR reports Obama as Kenyan Born...

More and more sources keep coming out saying the Barak Hussein Obama is Kenyan born. It’s making it harder and harder for someone like me to ignore the “Crazy Birthers”. The mainstream media won’t report any of this, so we are left with fringe sources like Drudge and World Net Daily. Normally I take WND with a grain of salt, but they have the full documentation this time. WND Story NPR archives have been opened to reveal that they did a story on Kenyan Born Senate candidate Barak Obama. Once it hit the news NPR quickly modified their pages, but under sunshine law you can still dig into the archives and find the story.

On April 3rd, Michelle let it slip out in a speech she gave that they had visited Barack’s home country of Kenya. You Tube Video of Michelle That one is on You Tube if you’re interested. Michelle also contradicted Barack’s birth story during a speech and interview at the University of Missouri in St. Louis by saying he was born in Kenya. Barack’s grandmother claims to have seen his birth with her own eyes in Kenya. Article after article appear in Kenyan and American newspapers referring to Obama as Kenyan born when he was running for Senate. Was he allowing a misconception to get himself elected? He is either a liar or a foreigner not eligible to be president. Not good either way.

Our constitution clearly states: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” So here is my question for you, if these Birthers are so crazy, where is the birth certificate? Where is the proof that this man was born here. It makes one wonder seriously if they are right. Where are the educational records that show his birth certificate?

VAT Tax? Oh how sneaky!

Obama is so sneaky. He's not going to "tax the middle class". Instead, he is going to tax everyone. LOL Even the poor. This Value Added Tax, or VAT, will be added to items at all levels of production. The farmers will be taxed on the wheat that they sell, then the bakery will be taxed on the wheat again when they make the bread, then the store will add the tax when you purchase the bread. So one batch of wheat will generate three sets of tax for them. What a wonderful kick start to our economy...NOT!

I listened to a show today and it made a lot of sense. A report came out that said only half of Americans pay any tax at all. That means that half of them don't have any skin in this game. They just sit back and reap our taxes. Like someone mooching a meal off of their host, they don't care about moderation of cost, they order the lobster. These sheeple might give a hoot now that they will be paying the taxes as well. Maybe this will wake them up.

If we ever needed another reason to believe this man hates America, this is it. The worst thing you can do for a failing economy and an unemployment rate that is through the roof, is to increase taxes on the population. This is how they plan to fund the "free" healthcare. So you really do end up paying for it in the end. With your job because your boss can't afford to keep you and pay the VAT tax, and with your basic necessity purchases like food and clothes, and with the long waits to see your doctor. Not to mention the death panels that decide whether grandma is still a viable member of society or if we should just keep her stoned until she dies. Yes, this is the change everyone wanted. Are you guys happy now? I'm not.

17 minutes of crap and Suppression of free speech

Obama went on for 17 minutes about nothing. He talked in circles and kept repeating the same "points" over and over with nothing new to add. I truly believe he thinks that if he just keeps pounding the same message "This is good for you, you need this. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain going through your wallet for all your money. This is good for you." that we might actually believe it. Have you ever watched "The Best Little Wh0rh0use in Texas"? Do you remember the song and dance routine for "Dance a little sidestep"? That's all this 17 minutes was.

I think what the company did was outright suppression. They have infringed upon this woman's free speech rights. The message was quite obvious. Shut up or your fired. I wouldn't be surprised if the company has a contract or tax break riding on the favorable response from the employees for this little meeting. America, we have got to wake up and take our country back. This is just ridiculous. Speak up any way. If you make national news, they won't be able to fire you without the retaliation being very obvious. And if they do, you'll have 100 new offers in the mail the next day. Speak up. Expose this farce.

Tea Party is made up of Extremists?

Does anyone else see a frightening trend here? The folks in Detroit may have been religious fanatics and nutjobs, but do we know that for sure? Just because the mainstream media screams it top volume for a couple of days doesn't mean its the whole story. Today in an interview Obama said that the Tea Party was made up of "Birthers" and extremists who believe he is a socialist. Seems like anyone who opposes his view on how America should work is being marginalized. So what happens when you marginalize a majority of people? I think you are going to hit a tipping point that leads down a path none of us want. Nobody wants the police to be targets of death threats. Nobody wants to be the target of a death threat. This way lies dragons Mr. President.

What happens when it becomes illegal to "think" about something. After all, from what has been reported, these people never took any action to act on their rhetoric. They just "thought" about killing some cops. Not honorable, but not illegal either. Is it illegal for me to "think" about killing my boss when I get mad at him? Is it illegal to fantasize about killing an ex lover in the heat of passion? Who among us has not had a fleeting thought about killing someone? The answer to that is none of us. In fact, it is a trick they use on the polygraph tests. Everyone has "thought" about killing someone, but no one will admit to it. So they ask you that question to see what a lie response is. Tricksey interrogators.

If Obama wants to put the "Birther" controversy to rest, why doesn't he just show us his birth certificate? I had to go get mine recently. Cost me $25.00 and took 30 minutes. I'll send him the money if that is the problem. LOL. As for the socialist thing, well.... we don't think your socialist Mr. President. You are obviously a Marxist, silly rabbit.

Wow. Now we have healthcare. Life must be good?

Since when did a prayer vigil become an act of terrorism. Russ Carnahan, our Congressman from St. Louis, where the dead get to vote three times, has asked for police protection because somebody scared him. They left a coffin on his sidewalk. Of course that was after the prayer vigil was staged to voice concerns about government funded abortion in the healthcare law. Carnahan is playing this up to grab attention and try to hurt the protestors. Nobody has threatened him. He voted for a bill that nobody wanted and he has hacked off alot of people, but nobody is taking pot shots at him. This is just the typical lib play book. If the ball misses you, fall down and holler "OWWW" as loud as you can. See if they'll give you the base anyway. (Sorry, it’s spring and baseball is in the air.) Grow up Dems. You voted for it, deal with the consequences, which is a ticked off public. Kiss your jobs goodbye.
From the WSJ, Verizon and Caterpillar both announced to employees today that they should expect to see a jump in the cost of their health insurance premiums very soon. They may also face a reduction of services. There is your first hand lesson in reality Libs. It's economics 101. When demand increases and supply remains the same, cost goes up. So now you watch, who's going to pay for this? The question is finally answered. Anybody making over 50,000 per year will be paying. So much for Obama’s promise about not taxing the middle class.
In other news, Michigan Congressman Dingell slipped up and said that Obamacare will control the people. Yeah, pretty much. Can’t blame the man for telling the truth. And he’s too old to care much about getting re-elected. House Majority Whip Clyburn is following Carnahan’s lead and saying that the Repbulicans and Tea Party members are terrorists and should be dealt with appropriately.
Keep pushing boys. Keep pushing. Your gonna find out what happens when the government gets too big for it’s britches.

Liberals just don't get it

I have spent a big portion of the day on a local paper site "discussing" the legislation that was passed yesterday. The liberals just don't get it. They think that their insurance rates are going to stay the same. They really believe that they are going to be able to get in to see their doctor whenever they want to. Or that all the things that are covered now are going to be covered in the future. They don't think this legislation is going to fund abortions or exclude people with pre-existing conditions. And worst of all, they think the Presidents promise to sign and Executive Order will have any standing.

I urge anyone who reads this blog to download the text of the healthcare bill and read it. It's double spaced and won't even take that long. The contents of the bill are just frightening. They will have direct access to your checking account. They can force you to take out coverage. Pre-existing conditions can legally be charged at a rate of 3 to 1 for a premium (E.G. you pay $200 per month and I pay $600 per month) Smokers can be charged half of the premium rate again. (So now we are up to $900 per month.)

The insurance industry is doomed. All of the rates are going to go up dramatically. The quality of care is going to plummet. And some bureaucrat in Washington is going to decide if I live or die.

The worst travesty, however, is that the constitution has been shredded by this administration. There are currently 11 states filing law suits protesting this expansion of power. Many more are close behind. If ever there was a case for session, this is it. The next joyful thing that we will be presented with is Amnesty for the illegals. This will make sure the United Socialist Progressive Party (AKA the DNC) will get re-elected. Then we will be hit with Cap and Tax. That will finally bring the economy crashing down around us and give Obama the excuse he needs to institute martial law while he takes over. This is all such crap. Old glory is tattered and worn and tired of being tread upon. Let's bring back out the snake who says "Don't tread on me." Let's take our country back.

Liberals and Catholics? How do the Co-Exist?

I have worked in state government for a long time. In Missouri the majority of the workers in State Government are Catholic. Being a Baptist, I have stepped on the toes of my co-workers several times simply by being ignorant of the Catholic faith. It is amazing to me how much of the Catholic faith is injected into our current Government by the workers. One thing that still confuses me though is this. How can such devout Catholics also be Democratic Liberals?

These devout Catholics support a party that wants to do away with religion and provide federal funds for abortions? I just don't understand how these folks can reconcile these two points of view. Maybe it's because I'm a Baptist and am still ignorant of the traditions. I've been around them a long time, but I don't know what drives this.

I applaude the folks like Stupak who are standing up for their beliefs that they cannot support a bill which provides federal funds for abortions. Good for them. I wish that more politicians were as honest as they are. That more of them could not be bought off with bull crap like the Louisiana Purchase and the Corn Husker Kickback. If they pass this bill tomorrow, I fear that it may be a pivotal point in our nations history. That long awaited moment may be nearing. The south may truly rise again, and tell this Yankee liberal exactly where he can put his thermometer.

Pelosi Prays? Oh my!

Nancy… What will your constituents say?! You’re praying? And to a Catholic Saint? Oh my. Garofolo will be so disappointed that you still have such primitive beliefs. Civilized people such as you should no longer need the archaic belief in religion.

I listened to her press conference. Every time I see her I think of the wicked witch of the west. (If only we could drop a house on her.) Her claims are so ridiculous. She said in her conference that they had gathered small children together to hear them speak about why this healthcare bill was so important to them. That they had children there as young as six weeks old. Tell me something Nancy, what did the six week old children tell you about the bill? Did they give you some more arm twisting tactics? Kids don’t give a damn! They want ice cream and to go play video games!

Now we have the leak that the only way they got the cost of the Obamacare plan down was to remove the doc fix, which is almost half a billion dollars. If they pass this monster you had all better start learning to speak Chinese, because they are going to own us.

Anyone with any experience in business knows that the first thing that will happen is the skyrocketing of health care costs. They may be forced to provide a diabetic like me with insurance, but the government hasn’t said how much they can charge. Last time I checked, private insurance on myself would run approximately $1500.00 per month. And that was with a one year exclusionary period for anything related to diabetes. So, you think that if they make them cover me I’m going to get a better deal? I anticipate private insurance for myself to go up to around $2500.00 per month.

We have already seen some of the fall out from this bill. My youngest son does not meet the height and weight requirements for health insurance. He is too tall and too heavy for a child his age according to their charts. The company we purchased his private insurance through (the reason for that is a whole different saga) decided they wanted out of the insurance game and they didn’t want to insure any high risk candidates. (Apparently being 5' 11" and 200lbs at 13 is a risk.) His rate jumped in January from 112$ per month to over 435$ per month. Needless to say we had to shop around and find new insurance. And that is with the bill just under consideration! What do you think it will do if this thing passes!!!! All of us will be paying the fine for not having health care. Or we will all be on medicare because we have lost everything we own because we got sick. This will only compound the problem, not fix it.

Education Czar or MBLA member?

Ok, I have gay friends and they do not run around trying to convert me to become a lesbian. They also don't rove the streets looking for people they can attack and have sex with. And above all they don't recommend reading to me that involves detailed information about how lesbians have sex. So what does that have to do with the annoited one's appointed Education Czar? If you want to see something disturbing, start reading the down that recommended reading list. "Hey Sailor" and "The Boy Who Cried Fabulous!" as recommended reading for K-6 grade? In K-6 grade the last thing these kids need to be worried about is their SEX LIFE! I would hope they wouldn't fall into that until the hormones kicked in, around the 7th or 8th grade. I am raising two boys and have been a teacher. I'm not so naive as to think that kids are not going to be sexually active or curious, but I don't believe in shoving them into sexual activity at the earliest possible moment. And of shoving them into a GAY sexual lifestyle to boot!!!

Some of these books are probably on the MBLA (Man Boy Love Association) recommended reading list. Just like Van Jones, this guy needs to go! Contact your Senators and Congressmen. Let them know that we don't appreciate our kids sexual orientation being choosen for our children by the government and their tainted reading lists.

Health Insurance Woes

My son is too tall for his age? I have one son who is on the heavy side. He is 5 foot six and 200 pounds. He is a big farm boy. His insurance company has decided that they want none of Obamas socialized medicine, so they are trying to get out of the Medical Insurance. His premiums, on January 1, will jump from 71$ per month to 451$ per month. That is a bit steep for my wallet, as I suspect it would be for any of us. So we started shopping around for insurance.

The answer we got back is that his height weight ratio are outside the limits for his age. The height and the weight are fine for an adult, but he is too tall for his age. I have never heard of such ridiculous....Oh wait, yes I have. Socialized medicine in America. That beats the height weight ratio.

Obama has acheived his goal of equalizing health care for all. Now nobody can get health care, just like the poor people. Unless your an illegal alien, or a drug dealer. Then you get all the free health care you want. Hmm, maybe I should immegrate to Mexico and then sneak back across the border. Would somebody give medical attention to a middle aged diabetic then? It's worth considering.

Dear Senator McCaskill,
First of all, I am amazed at the number of my friends that have contacted you and got the exact same canned response. We talk about this a lot, and we have absolutely nothing to do with the Insurance Industry. We are average Missouri citizens from all walks of life, and we are very unhappy with your response. I really hope your aides read this and pass this message along to you. WE DON’T WANT HEALTHCARE REFORM!!!! My healthcare is my business. I prefer to let the market drive our system because I believe in free trade. I am a diabetic and I don’t want to have to wait for six months to see a doctor. I also don’t want you to write me off because I cost the system too much. I have dealt with both the Veterans Administration and Medicare when my grandfather became older and developed cancer. If either of those two organizations are indications of what our healthcare would become I can tell you that I want NOTHING to do with it.
You and your colleagues on the Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee and on the Finance Committee are NOT listening to the people who voted for you! If you want to cover all of the illegal aliens in the country please do not do it with my tax dollars! Do not force the healthy people of this country who do not want to spend their money on healthcare to do just that. I also think you have quite enough of my information. If I wanted to share my medical records with Congress I would give it to them. I have no desire to wait for months for a doctor’s visit and more months for scheduled tests. I don’t want my medicine rationed or denied because it costs too much.
You are correct about one thing. The longer you ignore the people who voted for you the worse it will get and you will find yourself without a job come next election. Start listening to the public and Vote NO on Healthcare Reform!

The awful truth - War is Ugly

It seems to me that the left wing has this outrageous idea that war can somehow be a polite affair. Our current presidents about face on the potential prosecution of former administration officials falls right in line with this. They just don't get it. War is an ugly, dirty, nasty affair, as it well should be. The horrors of war should act as a deterrent to war in the first place. We should not treat war lightly or with casual indifference, but with a cautious attitude as a last resort.

The people of California should be most grateful because our "torture" of these killers prevented them from being hit. For all we know, they would be a smoking ruin without these techniques. The enemy certainly doesn't have any moral issue with cutting our peoples heads off while they scream. They have no problem raping women from their own people to gain information. I haven't seen that particular tactic in our military yet.

So let's look deeper. Why does President Obama want to out our interrogation techniques, stop the use of them, punish our officials who use them, and leave us open to more attacks? Some of my more paranoid friends say he wants us to get hit so he can use FEMA to suspend government and have a complete takeover. Others believe he wants us to get hit so he can use the opportunity to have a bigger power grab. And finally, there is the possibility that he is just that stupid. I think I fall somewhere in between my paranoid friends and the ones who think its a power grab. I think he does have a reason. Is it a messianic complex so he can appear the savior? I don't know what his reason is, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to like it. I don't think any american lives should be lost because the left wants to make our country vulnerable.
